In a nutshell, a dental implant is an artificial tooth that is held in place by a small metal screw, usually made of titanium. The screw effectively replaces the root that keeps a natural tooth in place, and because it’s fixed into your jawbone, it’s permanent and very secure. Because we have our own in-house dental laboratory on-site we can match the shade of your artificial teeth to your existing teeth too, so your implants will look very natural.
