Before we begin your treatment we’ll talk you through your options of course and explain exactly what’s involved. For instance, you may opt to wear a specially made mouth guard filled with whitening gel for a few hours each day, until your teeth have lightened to your desired shade. Or, if you’re looking for a faster option, you may prefer to have a light-activated tooth whitening gel applied directly to your teeth by your dentist.
