Had my 11-year-old’s first check-up with a new dentist recently- Dr Pramit Patel and it was such a positive experience. He was incredibly warm and friendly, instantly putting my child at ease and interested to hear from her on the rise of popularity and new trend of the SURI toothbrushes! He also took the time to give helpful, practical advice on looking after her teeth and managing sugar intake, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, and I feel reassured knowing she’s in safe hands as we navigate her dental care over the next few years. I visited the Dental Health Clinic today and had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was welcoming, kind, and very helpful, which made me feel comfortable straight away. Dr. Ellie and Cristina were both incredibly professional and caring throughout my treatment. They explained everything clearly, made the whole process feel easy, and gave me very helpful advice for my dental care. I truly appreciate their kindness and expertise. First time visiting for a checkup and all the staff was super friendly and welcoming! Pramit was amazing and was clear in his communication for everything he was doing so I felt at complete ease! Can definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Dental clinic in the East London area Update: Had my follow up for a filling today and Dr Pramit and Bianca were both amazing!
